We wanted to understand just how diverse and inclusive our organisation actually is, and how effective our DEI initiatives are. When the issue of voluntary diversity data in the employee survey arose, we had to navigate a complex area where legal considerations, privacy and practicalities intersect. In the Knowledge Bank, we found facts and experiences that we could draw on when dealing with this complex issue. This gave us a more solid foundation for our dialogue with the wider group – both regarding what is possible in Sweden and the boundaries we need to respect.
