1. What would you like to contribute to the Diversity Charter Sweden Board?
– As chair and owner of Sweden’s largest Braille production company, Punkt Design, I have a deep understanding of the challenges faced, in particular, by people with visual impairments in their daily lives and in the workplace. At the same time, I have extensive experience of working in male-dominated environments with a focus on strategic direction. I wish to contribute to the work of the board by drawing on my experience in these areas, with a particular focus on people with visual impairments, and hopefully to broaden the board’s perspective on these issues.
2. Why should a company join Diversity Charter Sweden?
– Many companies in Sweden say they are working on diversity and inclusion, but the issue can easily be overshadowed by other areas. Membership of the Diversity Charter helps companies bring the issue to the fore and higher up the agenda, whilst also providing practical advice on how to deepen their efforts and realise all the benefits we see in a diverse workforce.
3. Unexpected feature?
- As well as enjoying long-distance running and having run three marathons, I have fond memories of it.
