Signatory Event 2024
October 14 @ 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Signatory Event 2024 - The major diversity and inclusion event of the year
The Signatory Event is the occasion when we officially welcome our new members, have time to mingle with each other and listen to inspiring speakers.
This year's theme: Where are we heading?
We explore the changing workplaces of the future where technology, generations, diversity, skills, green and digital transitions, remote/hybrid working, work-life balance, etc. play a major role. How can diversity and inclusion be tools to meet the challenges and create new opportunities in a changing world of work?
Speakers:
Adrian Imani Herdies & Ryan Caruana founders and Marx Mukaru head coach Johanneshov FF
Johanneshov Football Association, JFF is a football team created by young people, for young people!
They were founded in October 2023, with the ambition to create an inclusive team for all who share their vision; to be and act as positive role models for other young people, offer a meaningful occupation and spread the message among peers. JFF offers free football to all young people who share our vision - they want all young people who want to play football to be able to do so, without social or financial barriers.
The founders, coaches and players are all between 15-17 years old. During the first autumn, they have worked with both hard and soft values; both building a culture and pride among the players but also with issues such as technique and discipline.

Sven Hagströmer, entrepreneur, founder Allbright and Avanza and co-founder The Ministry of Narrative, Järva Week, Raoul Wallenberg Academy.

He has employed some of them at Avanza Bank, and he believes that Swedish companies are a little too slow to take on people from other cultures. He is one of the initiators of Berättarministeriet, which opens and runs writing workshops in areas with high unemployment. The issue of gender equality is also something he has often spoken out about and is committed to. In 2011, he founded the AllBright Foundation to work for greater equality in the business world to give women and other groups greater opportunities for influence and careers. He is also the lead funder of the organisation.
The activity is a hybrid variant where members can choose between physical or digital participation. Non-members can only participate digitally.
