Ageism in recruitment - a challenge

A Kantar survey shows that one in ten people have experienced ageism in a recruitment process, and in the 50-65 age group the figure is twice as high.

Do we need to rethink?

Can we really disregard experience and potential just because someone has reached a certain age?
