Malmö: Regional Member Lunch, Theme Inclusive Recruitment

As a member of Diversity Charter Sweden, you are invited to the regional members' lunch in Malmö, where we network and exchange knowledge.

Test rocket for increased knowledge dissemination

In order to increase the dissemination of knowledge for diversity and inclusion, we now have a clearer link between our digital Fredagskunskap and the physical regional meetings, which means that:

Step 1. Fredagskunskapen, where you will get knowledge refreshment from several different speakers. You can ask written questions via the chat.

Step 2. Regional meeting, where you can continue the discussion from the Fredagskunskapen and talk in small groups with other members. For those who missed the Fredagskunskapen session, you can watch it on our YouTube channel. The member host will also give a short summary at the beginning, as well as some questions that you will discuss

Step 3. You share knowledge with your colleagues, both at your workplace and in the industry colleagues. By spreading the word about our activities and the knowledge you gain from being an active member, you increase awareness and commitment to diversity and inclusion. The more members we become, the stronger our collective voice for our issues.

PROGRAM

• A buffet lunch is available.
• Introduce ourselves briefly to each other.
• Introduction of today's topic "Inclusive Recruitment" based on the Friday Knowledge on 31 March, is made by the member host.
• Small group conversations, member hosts give us questions to talk from.
