Theme for the members' lunch:
The topic of the lunchtime discussion is based on the latest Friday Knowledge based on Inclusion and gender identity at work - what do we need to think about? What do we miss when we talk about inclusion?
Many people talk about inclusion, but how do we create workplaces where everyone feels welcome - regardless of gender identity?
This is a topic that is not just about employers, but about all of us - how we as colleagues, managers or employees can help make the workplace more inclusive.
This is an opportunity for in-depth discussions in small groups, where you will have the opportunity to meet representatives from other member companies and organisations. Through dialogue, we will share experiences, insights and ideas on how to strengthen our work on diversity and inclusion.
What can you expect?
- 11:30-12:00: Check-in, mingle and lunch.
- 12:00-12:45: During lunch: welcome, short information about Diversity Charter Sweden and a summary of the day's topic. Discussion in small groups.
- 12:45-13:00: Closing and summarising the discussions.
