Gender Equality Forum 2024 - The future of gender equality in Europe

The European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE) invites you to its second Gender Equality Forum in Brussels and online on 10-11 December 2024. This is an opportunity to be part of the conversation on the future of gender equality in Europe, with a focus on shaping policies and actions until 2030. Join inspiring discussions, panels and workshops with experts and policy makers from across Europe on site.

Who is participating?

The two-day event will bring together experts, young leaders, practitioners and decision-makers from EU institutions, national and local authorities, civil society, academia, business, media and the cultural sector. Together, they will create a dynamic meeting place to discuss how Europe can become more equal and inclusive.

Main themes of the Forum

Gender equality in Europe - now and in the future. Discussions are based on the Gender Equality Index 2024 report and provide an insight into the current situation and the main steps forward.
Combating gender-based violence. How can we meet today's challenges and what can be done to prevent and address gender-based violence?
