1. What would you like to contribute to the Diversity Charter Sweden Board?
I want to contribute with my broad perspective from several different areas with a strong brand like OKQ8 as a base. Combined, I hope this can provide an additional driving force for DCS's already fine development.
2. Why should a company join Diversity Charter Sweden?
Because companies see the opportunity to grow and develop through the great and sometimes untapped potential of working with diversity. In addition, strong players in the business community need to take responsibility for the development of society - and I see this as a very good way.
3. Unexpected feature?
Unexpected I don't know - but a good measure of creativity lies beneath a fairly collected exterior... I also have a strong sense of humour that comes out at selected times 😊
