1. What would you like to contribute to the Diversity Charter Sweden Board?
I want to contribute by making what is not visible - visible. Diversity is not just about what you see, but about all the perspectives, driving forces and strengths we carry. I link it to business and results, and challenge organisations to really take advantage of the whole person.
2. Why should a company join Diversity Charter Sweden?
Because the best results are achieved when different perspectives, experiences and strengths are recognised. Diversity is a prerequisite for innovation, strong teams and sustainable growth. If you don't capitalise on what's not visible, you miss out on your greatest potential. If you build teams based on similarities and don't add what's missing, you lose.
3. Unexpected feature?
I'm as happy to shake it on a reggae floor as I am to jump in the pit at a metal concert, can make a near-perfect shamrock in a guinness glass and am safety trained in evasive driving
