DESCRIPTION:I maj månad firas den europeiska mångfaldsmånaden/Diversity Month runtom i EU. Vi uppmanar företag och organisationer runtom i Europa att gå samman med oss och Europeiska kommissionen och rikta strålkastarljuset mot vikten av mångfald och inkludering på arbetsplatsen och i samhället\, genom att anordna evenemang och aktiviteter under hela maj. \nVi kan inte veta vart vi är på väg utan att först veta var vi står.\nDärför kommer det övergripande temat för Diversity Month 2023 att vara ”att bedöma mångfald och inkludering på arbetsplatsen”. \nRegistrera era event och följ vad som sker under Diversity Month i Sverige och resten av EU här. \n  \n  \n

DESCRIPTION:Discrimination on the basis of ethnic origin\, skin colour or religion still remains high in Europe. Antisemitism and hatred against Muslims are unfortunately still common in the EU. And although 84% of the world’s population identifies with a religious group\, only minority of organisations have religion inclusive policies in place. \nSwedish participation\, Diversity Charter Sweden member Jobbentrén.\nHow is the European Commission stepping up its efforts for more inclusive societies and workplaces?
