I samband med vårt 15-årsjubileum lanserar vi Diversity Charter Sweden Awards 2025 – en utmärkelse som lyfter fram modiga initiativ\, långsiktigt engagemang och nytänkande insatser för mångfald och inkludering. Priset delas ut på Signatory Event\, årets stora mötesplats för mångfald och inkludering\, den 22 oktober 2025. \nDiversity Charter Sweden Awards är mer än en utmärkelse – det är en möjlighet att lyfta fram ert engagemang för inkludering och mångfald. Genom att synliggöra ert initiativ kan ni: \n\nDela ert arbete – inspirera andra och bidra till en mer inkluderande arbetsmarknad.\nStärka ert varumärke – visa att ni tar mångfald på allvar och leder utvecklingen.\nEngagera medarbetare – skapa stolthet och motivation i organisationen.\nUtbyta erfarenheter – sprida goda exempel och ta del av andras insikter.\n\nSå nominerar du\nDiversity Charter Sweden Awards lyfter insatser som bidrar till ökad inkludering\, mångfald och jämlikhet på arbetsplatsen. Du kan nominera din organisation i en eller flera av nedan kategorier. Alla medlemmar i Diversity Charter Sweden kan nominera sig själva eller en annan medlem. \nDu kan nominera i tre olika kategorier:\nNytänkande\nNi har på ett nyskapande sätt tagit er an en utmaning eller lyft en viktig fråga kopplad till mångfald och inkludering. \nLångsiktighet\nNi har genomfört en insats som på lång sikt stärker inkludering och kopplar den till affärs- eller verksamhetsnyttan. \nSpecialpris 2025\nNi har gjort en insats för att främja mental hälsa och välmående inom verksamheten – temat för årets European Diversity Month. \nSkicka in ditt bidrag innan den 30 juni för att ha lyfta ert initiativ!
