The idea of the theme<\/h3>\n

Is to explore the interplay between the reality of changing workplaces (technology, generations, diversity, skills, green and digital transitions, remote\/hybrid working, work-life balance...) and diversity and inclusion policies, and how these can be tools to address the challenges and create opportunities in the context of the changing world of work.<\/p>\n

Facts about Diversity Month<\/h2>\n

In May, the European Diversity Month is being celebrated across the EU. Companies and organisations across Europe are invited to join us and the European Commission in highlighting the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and in society by organising events and activities throughout May.<\/p>\n
