For those of you who wish to gain a solid foundation and practical tools.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\">The training is led by Gabriella F\u00e4gerlind, an adviser at Diversity Charter Sweden, who will expertly guide you through everything from the basics of the Discrimination Act and key concepts to the preventative measures employers are obliged to take. On the importance of taking a holistic approach to change management and defining one\u2019s <em>why<\/em>. Why do you work on diversity, equality and inclusion?<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">The basic training course not only provides you with new knowledge \u2013 it is also a valuable opportunity to reflect, discuss and exchange experiences with participants from other member organisations. Together, you will inspire one another, gain new perspectives and build valuable contacts for the future.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Here\u2019s what you\u2019ll learn:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic concepts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>An overview of the Discrimination Act and its link to work on diversity, equality and inclusion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Business and operational reasons for prioritising diversity, equality and inclusion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>What unconscious bias is and how you can minimise its negative impact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>How to create and maintain an inclusive culture in the workplace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>What characterises an inclusive recruitment process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>What characterises an inclusive physical and digital working environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The course is aimed at:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Anyone who would like to learn more, or refresh their knowledge, about practical approaches to diversity, equality and inclusion in the workplace.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge Bank:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>During the training programme, we use Diversity Charter Sweden\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/diversitycharter.se\/en\/kunskapsbanken-start\/\">Knowledge bank<\/a>, so before the course starts, you\u2019ll need to create an account and double-check that you can log in.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Diploma:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once you have completed the course, you will receive a digital certificate \u2013 for social media \u2013 confirming that you have taken our course.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>Course information:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Scope: <\/strong>1 day, 10.00\u201316.00<\/p>\n<p><strong>Price<\/strong>: 5,500 SEK per person, VAT-free as we are a non-profit organisation; lunch and refreshments are included<\/p>\n<p><strong>Course leader: <\/strong>Gabriella F\u00e4gerlind is Diversity Charter Sweden\u2019s DEI adviser and the creator of the Knowledge Bank. She has over 25 years\u2019 experience of helping private and public sector employers translate research into practical equality and diversity initiatives.
