Engaging employees and management during EU Diversity Month<\/h2>\n

The European Diversity Month is organised by the European Commission through the European Platform of Diversity Charters. Diversity Charter Sweden is Sweden's Diversity Charter and participates together with our member organisations in the joint European initiative.<\/p>\n

The main objective of the European Diversity Month is to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace and in society by bringing together different stakeholders - diversity charities, small and large employers, private companies, public organisations and non-profit associations - around a common goal.<\/p>\n

EU Diversity Month 2027 \u2013 a focus on inclusive recruitment<\/h3>\n

Every year, EU Diversity Month highlights the importance of diversity, equality and inclusion in the workplace and in society. The aim is to raise awareness of the value of different experiences, perspectives and backgrounds, and to inspire organisations to create workplaces where everyone feels welcome and included.<\/p>\n

Throughout May, initiatives and efforts that contribute to more equal and inclusive working environments are highlighted. EU Diversity Month forms part of the European Commission\u2019s work to combat discrimination and promote equal opportunities for all.<\/p>\n

The theme for EU Diversity Month 2027 is inclusive recruitment<\/strong>, focusing on how organisations can create fair recruitment processes and make the most of the skills of people from different backgrounds.<\/p>\n
