But how do we ensure that it is used responsibly? And how can AI become a powerful tool to promote inclusion? During this Members' Lunch, we will build on the theme of last Friday's Knowledge and delve into the opportunities and risks of AI in the workplace, from a diversity and inclusion perspective.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong data-end=\"922\" data-start=\"873\">What do we really mean by 'responsible AI'?<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong data-end=\"992\" data-start=\"925\">How do we build trust in AI-based tools in organisations?<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong data-end=\"1062\" data-start=\"995\">What are some examples of AI solutions that really make a difference?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What can you expect?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>11:30-12:00: Check-in, mingle and lunch.<\/li>\n<li>12:00-12:45: During lunch: welcome, short information about Diversity Charter Sweden and a summary of the day's topic. Discussion in small groups.<\/li>\n<li>12:45-13:00: Closing and summarising the discussions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Attend free of charge - for members<\/h2>\n<p>This event is open to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Members of Diversity Charter Sweden.<\/li>\n<li>Organisations that want to try out membership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Feel free to spread the invitation to colleagues in the Sk\u00e5ne region who may benefit from and be interested in participating.
