Alireza Ahmadi, Activity Manager Right To Play Sweden.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Alireza is 21 years old and an active participant in the organisation Right To Play, which works for and with foreign-born and newly arrived young people aged 16-24.\u00a0
Alireza came to Sweden in 2014 as an unaccompanied refugee child and as a representative of Right To Play, Alireza will talk about diversity and inclusion from a sustainable perspective, based on his own and Right To Play's experiences. Alireza will lead us into the important question of how we can build bridges together with newly arrived youth?<\/p>\n

Cedwin Sandanam<\/a>, Artistic Director & Conductor Tensta Gospel and Business Development Manager Selam.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Since 2005, Cedwin has been the artistic director, conductor and coordinator of Sweden's most famous gospel choir - Tensta Gospel Choir. The choir has performed on stages such as the Royal Opera House, \"Alls\u00e5ng p\u00e5 Skansen\" and raised their voices for both the King and the Pope. Magnificent artists, such as Sabina Ddumba and Lykke Li, have had their home in the Tensta Gospel Choir.<\/p>\n

Cedwin also works at the cultural organisation Selam, which for 25 years has been broadening and developing Swedish cultural life with music from Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean and taking Swedish music out into the world. This year, Cedwin was also one of this year's most acclaimed Sommarpratare on P1.<\/p>\n

Cedwin sees himself as a bridge builder between Swedish and foreign citizens, the creative world and business, cultural practitioners and the audience. He brings these perspectives to Signatory Event 2022.\u00a0<\/p>\n

G\u00e9raldine Dufort,<\/a>\u00a0Head of Diversity and inclusion office in the EU Commission's HR department.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>Geraldine started working for the European Commission in 1999 at the Human Resources Department in Brussels. Since then she has also been posted to two EU delegations - DR Congo and Washington, USA, and to the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Madrid.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Together with Geraldine, we will raise the issue and discuss how we can build bridges with the European Commission.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Johan Torgeby<\/a>, President and CEO of SEB.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0
<\/strong>President and CEO of Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEB), a leading Northern European financial group. Johan leads a team of about 16,000 employees, who in turn serve more than 3,000 large corporate and institutional clients, 400,000 small and medium-sized enterprises and four million private customers.\u00a0<\/p>\n

S<\/a>Hori Zand<\/a>, Entrepreneur and investor, Chairman of Avesina Investment Group and founder of the Zand Foundation.\u00a0
<\/a><\/strong>Entrepreneur and investor Shori is one of the country's most celebrated business profiles. Through her pioneering leadership style, she has taken on the role of an inspiration and a leader in promoting diversity and inclusion. Shori sits on several boards and has won numerous awards for her entrepreneurship.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Shori built the Avesina healthcare group from scratch and is currently the chairman of her investment company Avesina Investment Group. She is also the founder of the Zand Foundation, which promotes diversity in business.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

She is also the author of 'The Odd Bird'. The book follows her journey to the epicentre of the business world and her fight for her vision of innovative entrepreneurship. The book is about a world where she, as one of the few female investors, has challenged a male-dominated industry and built her own platform to stand on.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

How can we build bridges with people from all backgrounds?\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00c5sa Edlund J\u00f6nsson,<\/a>\u00a0Head of Sport for SVT.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>
Together with her sports editorial team, \u00c5sa has put women's sport in the spotlight, making female athletes visible and elevating them for the television audience. \u00c5sa is characterised by her outstanding courage in constantly breaking new ground through world-class inclusive sports coverage. This has resulted in \u00c5sa and her sports editorial team receiving several national and international awards for their work.<\/p>\n

\u00c5sa was Sweden's first female hockey commentator. She has been a programme host and reporter for many years at Canal+ and Swedish Television, among others, and has also managed projects for the Olympics and SVT's election campaigns. In addition, she has also been head of online and development for TV and digital media at SVT.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Together with \u00c5sa, we discuss the role that sport can play in building bridges.<\/p>\n

\u00c5sa Llinares Norlin<\/a>, Chairman of Parasport Sweden (specialolympics.se).\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0
<\/strong>\u00c5sa's mission is to give people with disabilities the same opportunities for a physically active life as everyone else. \u00c5sa is a former Paralympian in sailing and participated in Atlanta 1996, and in addition to these qualifications, she has a master's degree in psychosocial work in health care.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00c5sa has been President of the Swedish Parasport Federation for more than three years and has previously held various roles on the Federation's board for almost 10 years. She is also chairman of the Swedish Paralympic Committee, a member of the Swedish Sports Council and vice chairman of the European Paralympic Committee.\u00a0<\/p>\n
