For those of you who wish to gain a solid foundation and practical tools.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\">The training is led by Gabriella F\u00e4gerlind, an adviser at Diversity Charter Sweden, who will expertly guide you through everything from the basics of the Discrimination Act and key concepts to the preventative measures employers are obliged to take. On the importance of taking a holistic approach to change management and defining one\u2019s <em>why<\/em>. Why do you work on diversity, equality and inclusion?<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">The basic training course not only provides you with new knowledge \u2013 it is also a valuable opportunity to reflect, discuss and exchange experiences with participants from other member organisations.
