The awards will be presented for the first time on 22 October 2025 at the Signatory Event - when Sweden's Minister for Gender Equality Nina Larsson will be present to hand over the awards. The aim is to recognise concrete efforts for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Three categories <strong>- three finalists in each<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Three finalists have been selected in each of the categories New Thinking, Long-Termism and this year's special Mental Health Award. The initiatives range from new ideas and long-term strategies to targeted actions for a more inclusive working life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- \"We want to recognise those who are driving change and inspiring others.
