Sodexo was one of the companies that helped launch the Diversity Charter in Sweden. It is an important legacy that I want to manage and at the same time I hope to contribute with energy and commitment as well as several years of experience from working with these issues in different companies. Together with the other members of the Board, I also look forward to learning more and finding solutions together to increase knowledge about how we create an inclusive society.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Being a member of the Diversity Charter is a clear way to demonstrate that you take inclusion and diversity seriously. At the same time, it gives you easy access to knowledge, inspiration and lessons learnt from others on the same journey. It is also a great way to become part of a network of companies working on the issue from different perspectives - perfect for sharing ideas, gaining new insights and developing together.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
