1. What would you like to contribute to the Diversity Charter Sweden Board?

- Auxilirec AB works to provide and develop skills. We believe that competence should be the main factor in the selection process. We also see that diversity is an untapped market in both skills and business. This is why we are on the board of Diversity Charter Sweden to highlight new solutions and innovation in the area, and to share the knowledge we have with other companies. In addition, we want to learn how we can improve as an organization in these issues. Social benefit should be sustainable, profitable, informative, innovative and developed and I believe Diversity Charter Sweden has succeeded in this.

- A company should be part of Diversity Charter Sweden in order to stay updated and informed on diversity issues, as it is not always easy to find the right information that is up-to-date and timely. Auxilirec therefore always turns to Diversity Charter Sweden for advice from experts in different fields, explaining in an educational and reflective way by having panels and lecturers.
