1. What would you like to contribute to the Diversity Charter Sweden Board?
- The most important reason why I am proud to be part of the board of the Diversity Charter is that I want to contribute to more companies and organisations working to contribute to Agenda 2030's social sustainability goals and that the Diversity Charter as an organisation can inspire and increase our common knowledge and drive change both in Sweden and in the EU. I have extensive experience, from both the public and private sectors, of supporting senior management in an organisation to manage and lead in an equal and inclusive way and to create the conditions for strategic and structured work. For many years, I have been involved in international work linked to inclusion in various ways and think that I can also contribute with it in the board work in the future.
2. Why should a company join Diversity Charter Sweden?
- Many companies and organisations today consider it important, not least from a business perspective, to work with inclusion in various ways. However, my experience is that they do not always know how to proceed from a management perspective. Here the Diversity Charter offers a fantastic arena where companies and organisations can share knowledge and experiences and inspire each other to go from "the beautiful words of value to acting in practice".
3. Unexpected feature?
– I love the sea and I often go there to get some both power and peace. I am unexpectedly good at diving (nicely) into the sea from a boat.
