DESCRIPTION:From awareness to action: advancing workplace inclusion through an intersectional approach\nHow can organisations improve workplace inclusion by taking into account the multiple dimensions of identity – and the forms of discrimination that may arise from them? \nThe SPEED-FEM project (Sharing Practices for Equity and Empowerment in Diversity with a Female Intersectional Approach) is organising a training and dialogue webinar focused on the importance of adopting Diversity & Inclusion strategies grounded in an intersectional perspective. \nInclusive organisations are more likely to attract and retain top talent\, foster creativity\, strengthen employee and customer satisfaction\, and increase productivity. However\, translating these principles into concrete action requires awareness\, skills\, and practical tools. \n\nWhat will the webinar cover?\nThe webinar will include: \n\nA training session on intersectionality\, focusing on its meaning and relevance in workplace contexts\nPresentation of the results from the SPEED-FEM project\, including practical tools developed to support organisations\nSharing of real-life experiences and concrete practices gathered during the implementation of the project\n\nWith contributions from the Diversity Charters of Italy and Greece\, as well as other project partners\, the event provides a space for learning\, exchange\, and dialogue. \nThe aim is to promote fairer and more inclusive workplaces that are attentive to the multiple intersections of identity. \nWhen?\n27 January 2026 from 11:00 to 12:00 CET \n\nAn opportunity to move from awareness to action. \nTo participate\, fill in the form here.
